Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a mid-level associate for its Corporate M&A and Securities Practice in Newport Beach. Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience in M&A and private equity, with strong drafting skills and familiarity with acquisition agreements.

The role requires at least three days in the office per week and a JD from an ABA-accredited law school. Licensing in the hiring jurisdiction is required or anticipated.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school (required).
• 2–5 years of experience focusing on M&A and private equity transactions.
• Must be licensed or ready to become licensed in the jurisdiction of the hiring office.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and related documents.
• Support private equity sponsors and portfolio companies throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Manage internal and external client relationships effectively.
• Collaborate on middle-market deal structures.
