Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a mid-level associate for its Corporate M&A and Securities Practice in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience focusing on M&A and private equity transactions, with a strong understanding of acquisition agreements and related documentation.

The role requires the ability to draft and negotiate such documents, work with private equity sponsors and portfolio companies, and manage client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in corporate M&A and private equity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in the office at least three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and related documents.
• Support private equity sponsors and portfolio companies throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Manage internal and external client relationships effectively.
• Collaborate on middle-market deal structures.
