Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a mid-level corporate associate for its Denver, CO office to focus on M&A and securities matters. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions and be proficient in drafting acquisition agreements.

Applicants should hold a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and be licensed or eligible for licensure in the hiring jurisdiction. Availability to work in-office at least three days per week is preferred.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Must be licensed or ready to become licensed in the jurisdiction of the hiring office.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience focusing on M&A and private equity transactions.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and related documentation.
• Support private equity sponsors and portfolio companies throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Manage internal and external client relationships effectively.
