Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Corporate M&A and Securities Practice in Tysons Corner, VA. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience focusing on M&A and private equity transactions.

The role requires drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, supporting sponsors and portfolios, and managing client relationships. JD from ABA-accredited law school and bar licensure in the hiring jurisdiction are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in corporate M&A and private equity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in the office at least three days per week.
• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• Must be licensed or ready to become licensed in the jurisdiction of the hiring office.
