Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in corporate transactional work.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions and/or private equity transactions.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative and client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A and private equity transactions from inception through closing
• Draft and negotiate primary and ancillary transaction documents
• Conduct due diligence and assist with structuring and execution
• Coordinate deal processes and timelines with stakeholders
• Collaborate with team on complex corporate matters
• Assist with post-closing matters and ongoing client advisory
