Qualifications

• 3–6 years of M&A or private equity experience at a firm doing comparable work.
• Massachusetts bar admission or eligibility to waive in.

Responsibilities

• Buy-side and sell-side M&A for sponsors and strategics, from LOI through closing.
• Private equity platform deals, add-ons, rollovers, and management arrangements.
• Enough deal flow to build real depth rather than touching a lot of transactions lightly
