Job summary

Crowe is seeking a M&A Post Merger Integration Manager within the Technology Advisory practice in Indianapolis. You will lead complex integration efforts across the merger lifecycle, translating deal objectives into executable plans and driving cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities include IMO governance, roadmap creation, risk mitigation, and synergy realization. Travel up to 50% may be required, with opportunities to influence executives and shape post-close priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5–7 years of professional industry or consulting experience leading complex workstreams.
• Experience with ERP implementations or technology integrations in M&A environments.
• Strong project management, analytics, and communication skills, PMP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-merger integration engagements across pre-close, Day 1, 100 days, and post-close.
• Direct Integration Management Office (IMO) activities and cross-functional workstreams.
• Develop integration roadmaps, governance, milestones, and decision processes with client leadership.
• Prepare executive dashboards, track synergy realization, and report to steering committees.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and quality while coaching consultants and coordinating teams.
