Crowe is seeking a M&A Post Merger Integration Manager to lead complex integration efforts in its Technology Advisory practice in Charlotte, NC. You’ll collaborate with private equity firms and strategic buyers to translate deal objectives into executable plans and drive cross-functional delivery post-close.

You will develop roadmaps, governances, and dashboards while managing risk, budgets, and stakeholder expectations across ERP, data, and IT domains. 50% travel may be required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of professional industry or consulting experience required.
  • Experience with ERP implementations or technology integrations in M&A environment.
  • Experience with cross-functional integration plans; PE or strategic buyers preferred.
  • Travel up to 50% depending on client location and needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead post-merger integration engagements across the lifecycle.
  • Direct Integration Management Office activities and cross-functional workstreams.
  • Develop integration roadmaps, governance, milestones, and decisions with client leadership.
  • Drive risk management, remove execution barriers, ensure priority accountability.
  • Support due diligence to identify risks and value-creation opportunities.
  • Support technology integration planning across ERP, data, cybersecurity, and IT model.
  • Prepare executive dashboards, synergy tracking, and steering materials.
  • Manage scope, timelines, budgets, quality; mentor consultants and coordinate teams.
  • Support proposal development and practice-building activities.
