Job summary

Crowe is seeking a M&A Post Merger Integration Manager within its Technology Advisory practice. You will lead complex integrations across the merger lifecycle, translating deal objectives into actionable plans while coordinating cross-functional teams across client and target organizations.

Responsibilities include delivering integration roadmaps, governance, risk mitigation, and synergies realization, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of professional industry or consulting experience including leading complex workstreams/projects.
  • Experience with ERP implementations or other technology integrations in M&A, carve-out, transformation, or similar environment.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing cross-functional integration plans; experience with private equity clients or strategic buyers is preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial services environments is a plus.
  • Strong project management, quantitative analysis, and problem-solving skills; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executives and manage stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead teams, work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% depending on client location and needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead post-merger integration engagements across pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, the first 100 days, synergy realization, and post-close stabilization.
  • Direct Integration Management Office (IMO) activities and cross-functional workstreams for complex, multi-functional, and cross-border transactions.
  • Develop integration roadmaps, governance structures, workplans, milestones, dependencies, and decision-making processes with client leadership.
  • Drive risk identification and mitigation, resolve execution barriers, and maintain accountability for critical integration priorities.
  • Support operational analysis and integration-focused due diligence to identify risks, quantify value-creation opportunities, and translate findings into actionable post-close priorities.
  • Support technology integration planning and execution across ERP and business applications, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, vendors, and the IT operating model.
  • Prepare and present executive-facing dashboards, status reports, synergy tracking, recommendations, and steering committee materials.
  • Manage engagement scope, timelines, budgets, and quality while coaching and developing consultants and coordinating client, target-company, and third-party teams.
  • Support proposal development, and practice-building activities, including the continued development of tools and methodologies.
