Job summary

Crowe, in its Technology Advisory practice, seeks a M&A Post Merger Integration Manager to drive complex integration programs across deal lifecycles for private equity and strategic buyers.

You will shape integration roadmaps, governance, and performance dashboards, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to realize synergies and stabilize operations after close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5-7 years of professional industry or consulting experience leading complex workstreams or projects.
• Experience with ERP implementations or other tech integrations in an M&A/carve-out/transformation environment.
• Experience developing and executing cross-functional integration plans;PE/strategic buyers experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial services is a plus.
• Strong project management, business process analysis, quantitative analysis, and problem-solving; PMP a plus.
• Advanced communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence executives and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to lead teams, work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% depending on client location and needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-merger integration engagements across pre-close to post-close stages.
• Direct IMO activities and cross-functional workstreams for complex, multi-functional transactions.
• Develop integration roadmaps, governance structures, workplans, milestones, dependencies, and decision-making processes.
• Drive risk identification and mitigation, resolve execution barriers, and maintain accountability for priorities.
• Support operational analysis and integration-focused due diligence to identify risks and value opportunities.
• Support technology integration planning and execution across ERP, data, cybersecurity, vendors, and IT operating model.
• Prepare and present executive dashboards, status reports, synergy tracking, and steering materials.
• Manage engagement scope, timelines, budgets, and quality; coach consultants and coordinate teams.
• Support proposal development and development of tools and methodologies.
