Lyft is seeking a Legal Operations Program Manager to lead end-to-end integration across global acquisitions. This hybrid role partners with the IMO and Corporate Development to steer diligence through post-close, embedding legal processes early and scaling governance across multiple transactions.

The role demands proactive, detail-oriented leadership with extensive experience in M&A integration, cross-border matters, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• 5–7 years in legal operations, BizOps, program management, or consulting.
• Experience in M&A integration or post-close programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Familiarity with cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end legal integration across global acquisitions from diligence to post-close.
• Build integrated legal roadmaps with dependencies and governance per transaction.
• Lead leadership readouts on integration status and risk retirement tracking.
• Develop repeatable playbooks to improve speed, quality, and predictability.
