Job summary

Anduril Industries, based in the United States, seeks a Senior Manager, M&A People Integration to own all people-related integration workstreams across our M&A portfolio, ensuring talent, culture, and HR operations align with continuity and value realization goals.

You will regularly present to senior leadership, influence integration strategies, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver actionable, value-generating outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years progressive HR experience, with 1+ years in M&A integration.
• Experience leading complex HR integrations from diligence to post-close.
• Deep HR regulatory knowledge, ideally with gov contracting exposure.
• Strong analytical skills and executive communication.
• US Person due to access to export controlled information.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the People Integration Playbook across acquisitions.
• Lead Day 1 G&A integration and pre-close talent assessments.
• Design retention and cultural alignment strategies.
• Coordinate Day 1 HR deliverables, HRIS/payroll setup.
• Collaborate with Legal, People Ops, Finance, and business leads.
• Provide guidance on international considerations and policy harmonization.
