Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Accountant, M&A Accounting to support its global integration efforts and scale the acquired entities within the Oracle Fusion ecosystem.

You will work directly with the Director, M&A Accounting and collaborate across Corporate Development, Legal, Tax, and General Accounting to centralize M&A accounting activities, perform pre-close due diligence, and prepare closing statements and balance sheets for acquired entities.

Responsibilities

• Support Day 1 post-acquisition readiness, drafting documentation for leveling, compensation reviews, and integration recommendations.
• Prepare closing balance sheets and supporting schedules for acquired entities.
• Assist with pre-close accounting and tax due diligence for target acquisitions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Corporate Development, Legal, PMI, Tax and General Accounting.
