Solace, a U.S.-based health care startup, is seeking a Corporate Development Operations professional in the Redwood City area to build and run system infrastructure for partnerships and M&A. You will own Attio CRM, manage pipeline data, and create scalable processes across partners and targets.

You’ll translate scattered information into clear priorities, maintain data quality, and deliver monthly reports to leadership and partners. This is an IC role focused on setup and ongoing optimization.

• Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to turn complex problems into measurable parts.
• Experience building repeatable processes across partners/targets.
• Fluency with CRM and data tooling and automation.

Responsabilités

• Own Attio for partnerships and M&A; migrate data from HubSpot and Notion.
• Make Attio the team’s source of truth and build repeatable workflows.
• Evaluate and implement automation to improve workflows and reporting.
• Define target profiles and build prioritized lists using public and purchased data.
• Maintain an M&A market map and a monthly updated target scoring model.
• Collaborate with Product to trace patient referrals back to partners.
• Deliver on-time monthly pipeline and performance reports for leadership and partners.
• Set quarterly targets for team members and track progress in reports.
• Document end-to-end processes for partnership and acquisition lifecycles.
• Coordinate with Product, Data, Legal, Growth, and Clinical Ops to implement solutions.
