Job summary

iRhythm is seeking a Vice President, M&A Integrations to lead the full lifecycle of acquisitions, from diligence through Day 1 readiness and value realization.

The role requires coordinating across Corporate Development, Operations, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, and HR to deliver disciplined integration with measurable outcomes while balancing patient and business priorities. Hybrid work in Solana Beach / Remote US.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of post-merger integration and corporate transformation experience.
• Proven ability to lead multiple acquisitions through diligence, Day 1, and value realization.
• Experience building and developing teams that directly integrate acquired companies.
• Experience in regulated healthcare environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional integration planning and execution across multiple acquisitions.
• Translate deal thesis into actionable Day 1 and integration plans with clear milestones.
• Establish governance, risk management, and reporting for integration programs.
• Build and coach an integration team including program managers and leads.
• Communicate progress to executives and Board-level audiences.
