Job summary

CBRE is seeking an M&A Senior Manager to lead diligence and integration on small to medium transactions, translating findings into the deal thesis and driving cross‑functional execution. You will coordinate with Finance, People, Legal, Tax, IT and others to keep deals moving with rigor and discipline.

This hands‑on role offers a path to owning more complex transactions over time within CBRE's Mergers & Acquisitions group, supporting growth and value realization across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8–10 years in strategy, business management, or M&A.
• MBA or related advanced degree is a benefit.
• M&A experience strongly preferred; combination of experience and education considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence, integration and separation planning on small to mid‑size transactions.
• Support on complex deals, contributing to synthesis, design and risk framing.
• Translate findings into the deal thesis and inform leadership decisions.
• Develop integration plans, track milestones, and drive cross‑functional execution.
• Coordinate with Finance, People, Legal, Tax, IT and other functions.
• Identify issues, risks and opportunities; escalate as needed and drive delivery.
