Job summary

BKF is seeking a Systems Engineer – M&A Integration to execute technical integration activities for acquired companies, focusing on Microsoft 365, identity, and cloud security controls. You will perform hands-on migration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, cutover, and hypercare across multiple acquisitions each year.

The ideal candidate is a technical generalist with strong Microsoft cloud and identity experience who can work independently while following established integration

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering and migrating Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with tenant, email, collaboration-platform, or enterprise IT migrations.
• Working knowledge of Entra ID, AD, MFA, SSO, and conditional access.
• Experience migrating Google Workspace environments to Microsoft platforms.
• Experience with migration tooling (BitTitan, Quest, AvePoint, ShareGate).

Responsibilities

• Execute migrations for acquired companies per approved architecture and migration plans.
• Support Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive migrations.
• Handle identity integration: Entra ID, AD, SSO, MFA, access policies.
• Coordinate endpoint readiness with Intune enrollment and policy setup.
• Assist with Azure integration tasks and cloud permissions management.
• Collaborate with IT teams, consultants, and vendors across acquisitions.
• Follow runbooks, cutover plans, validation, rollback, and hypercare processes.
• Troubleshoot issues during migration and stabilization phases.
• Document environments, configurations, dependencies, and risks.
• Contribute to reusable Playbooks, scripts, and automation.
