Job summary

BKF Engineers in California is seeking a Systems Engineer - M&A Integration to lead technical integration activities for acquired companies, focusing on Microsoft 365, identity, and cloud services. You will perform migrations, cutover, and hyper-care across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate is a technical generalist with strong Microsoft cloud and identity experience, able to work independently while following established integration architectures and migration plans, with travel to client

Qualifications

Hands-on experience administering and migrating Microsoft 365 environments.
Experience with tenant, email, collaboration-platform, or enterprise IT migrations.
Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, MFA, SSO, and conditional access.
Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
Experience with Microsoft Intune and device enrollment.
Experience migrating Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
Familiarity with migration tools such as BitTitan MigrationWiz, Quest, AvePoint, ShareGate.

Responsibilities

Execute technical integration activities for acquired companies per BKF standards.
Migrate to Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
Support migrations from Google Workspace and other sources.
Implement identity and access integration using Entra ID, AD, SSO, MFA, and conditional access.
Document configurations, risks, and completion status.
