Job summary
BKF Engineers seeks a Systems Engineer - M&A Integration to lead technical integration during acquisitions, focusing on Microsoft 365, identity, and cloud security. You will migrate and configure Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive, with hands-on cutover and hypercare.
The ideal candidate is a technical generalist with strong Microsoft cloud and identity experience, able to work independently while following established migration plans and BKF standards.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience administering and migrating Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience with tenant, email, collaboration-platform, or enterprise IT migrations.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, identity synchronization, MFA, SSO, and conditional access.
- Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Configuration Manager, or similar endpoint-management platforms.
- Experience supporting endpoint readiness, device enrollment, application deployment, and user onboarding.
- Experience migrating Google Workspace environments to Microsoft platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
- Experience with security platforms like Defender, Purview, Sentinel.
Responsibilities
- Execute integration activities per migration plans and BKF standards.
- Perform migrations into Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
- Support migrations across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 tenants.
- Manage identity integration with Entra ID, AD, SSO, MFA, and conditional access.
- Assist endpoint deployment, Intune enrollment, and security policies.
- Coordinate with IT teams, consultants, and vendors.
- Follow runbooks, cutover, validation, rollback, and hypercare.
- Troubleshoot migration issues during cutover and stabilization.
- Document environments, configurations, risks, and status.
- Contribute to playbooks, scripts, and automation.
