Job summary

BKF is seeking a Systems Engineer – M&A Integration to lead migrations and integration activities for acquired companies into BKF’s Microsoft 365 environment. You will work on Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and related cloud services, executing hands-on migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare across multiple acquisitions each year.

The ideal candidate has strong Microsoft cloud and identity experience and can work independently while following established integration

Qualifications

Hands-on experience administering and migrating Microsoft 365 environments.
Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations and Google Workspace migrations.
Strong PowerShell, documentation, and procedures skills.
Experience with migration tools: MigrationWiz, Quest, AvePoint, ShareGate.
Ability to work independently and meet merger/acquisition timelines.

Responsibilities

Execute technical integration activities for acquired companies per migration plans.
Migrate Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
Support migrations from Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 tenants.
Manage identity, Entra ID, AD, SSO, MFA, CA, and provisioning tasks.
Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
Follow runbooks, cutover plans, validation, rollback, and hypercare.
