Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive project management experience with M&A or large-scale transformations.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects from initiation to closure.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for integration of acquired companies.
• Lead cross-functional IT, HR, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams in M&A activities.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans as needed.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and vendor partners.
• Monitor progress, report KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance during integration.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and drive decision-making.
• Conduct post-integration reviews to capture lessons learned and best practices.
• Support development and refinement of M&A integration methodologies and tools.
