Job summary

McKesson seeks a Technology Integration Lead to drive large-scale post-merger technology integration programs. You will lead the IMO workstream, delivering enterprise systems integration, data migration, and platform consolidation while partnering with executives and cross-functional teams.

You will manage Day 1 readiness, risk, dependencies, and cutover plans, ensuring regulatory compliance and architecture alignment across SAP, Oracle, and Workday ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise technology delivery or transformation programs.
• Direct experience with M&A post-merger integration and large-scale programs.
• Experience with enterprise systems integration (ERP) across multiple apps.
• Proven ability to influence executives without direct authority.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology integration for acquisitions from planning to stabilization.
• Drive integration roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and reporting.
• Oversee data migration, quality, compliance and business continuity.
• Coordinate with leaders to align tech initiatives with value targets.
• Ensure Day 1 readiness and TSA exit activities, cutover, and hypercare.
