McKesson is seeking a Finance Manager – Technology M&A Integration to act as the primary finance partner for technology-related mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic integration initiatives. You will lead the transaction lifecycle from due diligence to post-close value realization, partnering with Technology M&A, IMO, CIOs, FP&A, and other teams.

The role involves budgeting, governance, cost tracking, and providing dashboards for leadership.

Formación

7+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, technology finance, M&A finance, or transformation finance.
Experience supporting acquisitions, divestitures, technology integrations, or large-scale transformations.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, business case development, and executive communication skills.
Ability to influence senior leaders and navigate cross-functional environments.
Experience with integration planning, synergy tracking, and governance processes preferred.
MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

Lead financial planning and governance for technology integration activities and tracking costs.
Develop and manage integration budgets, forecasts, and funding requirements.
Monitor costs, internal labor, and synergies; ensure alignment with deal assumptions.
Provide executive-level reporting on integration performance, risks, and forecast outlook.
Create dashboards and variance analyses for leadership decision-making.
Ensure correct accounting for acquisition, integration, and transformation costs.
