McKesson Corporation is seeking a Finance Manager - Technology M&A Integration to lead financial planning and governance for technology integration efforts across the transaction lifecycle. You will own integration budgets, monitor costs and synergies, and deliver executive-level reporting.

The role partners with Technology M&A, IMO, and Finance leadership, translating complex financial data into actionable insights for senior leaders.

Formación

7+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, or transformation finance experience.
Experience supporting acquisitions, divestitures, or large-scale technology integrations.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and business case development.
Ability to influence senior leaders and navigate cross-functional environments.
Experience with integration planning, synergy tracking, and governance processes is preferred.
MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

Lead financial planning and governance for technology integration activities including ownership of integration costs and value tracking.
Develop and manage integration budgets, forecasts, and funding requirements.
Monitor one-time costs, contractor spend, internal labor, and synergy investments.
Provide executive reporting on integration performance, risks, and forecast outlook.
Partner with Technology M&A, IMO, Finance leadership, and CIOs to guide integration execution.
