McKesson Corporation is seeking an Implementation Project Manager, M&A to lead the integration of newly acquired entities into McKesson’s operations and technology landscape. You will manage the full lifecycle from planning to closure, aligning with strategic objectives and business priorities.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management with M&A experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project management, with a strong focus on M&A integration or large-scale transformation projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong understanding of M&A lifecycle, including due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger integration.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Ability to travel as required (up to 25%).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute project plans for the integration of acquired companies, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline management, and budget control.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, Finance, Legal, and Operations, to drive M&A integration activities.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as necessary.
• Establish and maintain strong communication channels with internal stakeholders, acquired company leadership, and third-party vendors.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during the integration process.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, resolve conflicts, and drive decision-making.
• Conduct post-integration reviews to identify lessons learned and best practices for future M&A activities.
• Support the development and refinement of M&A integration methodologies and tools.
