Senior Integration Project Manager

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior Integration Project Manager to support the post-acquisition integration of a recently acquired organization. The acquisition itself has already been completed, so this role will focus specifically on the integration phase — helping bring teams, systems, processes, vendors, and business functions together following the transaction. This person will work across business and technology teams to build and manage the integration roadmap, coordinate dependencies, identify risks, track key milestones, and ensure integration activities stay on schedule. We are looking for a senior-level Project Manager who has previously supported M&A integration, post-acquisition integration, or large-scale business/technology transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate post-acquisition integration activities across business and technology teams.
• Develop and maintain the overall integration roadmap, project plan, milestones, and dependencies.
• Partner with business leaders, IT, operations, finance, vendors, and other stakeholders to coordinate integration workstreams.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure clear ownership of deliverables and action items.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and potential roadblocks.
• Track progress against integration milestones and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams that may include systems, applications, infrastructure, business processes, data, vendors, operations, and organizational changes.
• Ensure dependencies between teams are clearly identified and managed.
• Drive issue resolution and elevate concerns when needed.
• Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, timelines, status reporting, and executive-level presentations.
• Help establish structure and governance around integration activities.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure acquired-company processes and systems are successfully incorporated into the broader environment.
• Support change management and communication efforts throughout the integration.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, or Integration Project Manager.
• Previous experience supporting M&A, acquisitions, post-merger integration, or post-acquisition integration strongly preferred.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects involving both business and technology teams.
• Strong understanding of project dependencies, risk management, governance, and executive reporting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous workstreams.
• Experience working with senior leadership and presenting project status, risks, and recommendations.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and bring structure to complex or evolving initiatives.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and external partners is a plus.
• Financial services experience is preferred but not required.

Estimated Min Rate: $75.00

Estimated Max Rate: $90.00
