Job summary

Genius Sports is seeking an IMO Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of M&A integrations, from planning through execution and business transition. You’ll operate within the Integration Management Office, establishing governance, structured plans and cross‑functional leadership across People, Finance, IT, Legal, Risk and Commercial.

You will drive delivery, risk management and continuous improvement of integration playbooks, while reporting to executives and steering committees to

Qualifications

• 6+ years in program management, PMO, management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or M&A integration.
• Experience leading complex cross‑functional programs with multiple business units and executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing M&A integrations or large-scale enterprise change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of M&A integration programmes with objectives, timelines and value targets.
• Develop and maintain the integration programme plan with milestones and deliverables.
• Establish governance, including Steer Core reporting and executive updates.
• Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams across People, Finance, IT, Legal, Risk, Commercial and Ops.
• Drive accountability and manage actions, dependencies and critical path activities.
• Manage RAID logs, integrated plans and programme reporting.
• Mitigate risks and issues, escalating as needed for timely resolution.
• Oversee external consultants and advisories; embed recommendations into delivery.
