Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking an M&A Integration Manager to lead post-merger integration across multiple acquisitions in a fast-paced environment. You will drive planning, governance, and execution with stakeholders from Corporate Development, Finance, HR, IT, and Operations.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of cross-functional project leadership, strong communication, and the ability to influence without direct authority. CPA firm experience is preferred; PMP or similar cert is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field and 5+ years leading cross-functional projects.
• Experience within a CPA firm, consulting firm, or professional services organization.
• PMP, CAPM, Prosci Change Management, Lean Six Sigma or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end post-merger integration activities across multiple acquisitions, developing detailed workplans and timelines.
• Coordinate integration activities from pre-close planning through operational stabilization.
• Prepare executive presentations, status updates, and reporting for leadership.
• Continuously improve integration methodologies, templates, and playbooks.
