Responsibilities

• Support post-acquisition integration with strategy, planning, execution, and PMO.
• Develop integration plans and value realization initiatives.
• Coordinate with business and functional stakeholders for day-one readiness.
• Assist in cost development and KPI tracking.
• Drive updates through the IMO and governance cadence.
