The position emphasizes execution, leadership, and the use of established frameworks and tools to ensure seamless day-one integration while delivering measurable KPIs and operational improvements.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years supporting M&A integration across complex deal types (MBA and consulting experience a plus).
  • Strong strategic and business acumen who can drive development of execution plans that realize value.
  • Proven track record of supporting complex integrations in global and product-led organizations.
  • Highly organized and can support multiple acquisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong executive presence and communications with the ability to influence senior executives.
  • Command of M&A frameworks, processes, and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Support post-acquisition integration ensuring value realization objectives are met including integration strategy development, planning, execution, and performance management
  • Plan integration strategies, value realization initiatives, operational priorities including issue-free day one partnering with business and functional stakeholders
  • Support execution management including establishment of the IMO and driving meeting cadence to provide program updates, make decisions and address issues
  • Support integration cost development and tracking
  • Support the M&A scorecard process including development and tracking of KPIs
  • Continually incorporate lessons learned and contribute to the continual improvement of the integration process including playbooks and tools

Job Description

ServiceNow is searching for an experienced Manager of M&A integration to support all phases of post-acquisition integration who is strategically and operationally focused. This candidate has strong business and strategic judgement and can support multiple integration efforts simultaneously while ensuring that deal value drivers are met. The ideal candidate must have experience in M&A integration and a proven track record of success. The candidate must also possess excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $156,600 - $244,700, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.

Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
