ServiceNow is seeking a Senior role in its Digital Experience Strategy team to shape product launches and post-acquisition integration. You will translate strategic decisions into direction for Product Marketing, UX, Engineering and M&A teams, building playbooks and governance to streamline integrations across a global digital ecosystem.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in product management, consulting, product strategy, or digital experience strategy.
• Track record of M&A integration experience with ownership of integrations and cadence.
• Strong operational judgment; able to move between strategy and execution.
• Experience with product launches and leading major digital initiatives from strategy through execution.

Responsabilidades

• Define horizontal launch strategy across the digital ecosystem.
• Create reusable launch playbooks for consistent execution.
• Define criteria for launch prominence and content refresh sequencing.
• Guide Product Marketing on what to showcase and where it belongs in the buyer journey.
• Use analytics to validate strategy and refine execution.
• Write requirements and direct Product Managers and teams responsible for execution.
• Own M&A digital integration and marketing technology consolidation.
