Job summary

Net at Work is seeking a Manager, M&A Integration to lead the operational integration of acquired businesses from close through full stabilization. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure integration objectives are achieved within Net at Work’s standards, processes, systems and culture.

You will work with executive leadership across Finance, IT, People & Learning, Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Legal, Marketing and Professional Services to drive

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years leading complex cross-functional initiatives, integration programs, PMO, consulting, business transformation, or M&A integration.
• Strong analytical, organizational facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and build credibility across all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive sponsors to establish integration priorities, timelines, and success criteria.
• Develop comprehensive integration roadmaps, work plans, milestone schedules, risk registers, issue logs, dependency trackers, and executive status reports.
• Support integration planning during due diligence by identifying operational requirements and potential risks before close.
• Manage relationships with acquired leadership teams and sellers throughout the integration lifecycle.
• Build partnerships across the organization and foster a collaborative integration culture.
• Lead operational integration activities from onboarding through long-term stabilization for multiple acquisitions.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Finance, IT, Operations, People & Learning, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Procurement.
• Coordinate organizational transitions, policy alignment, and change management activities.
• Coordinate billing conversions, ERP transitions, CRM alignment, reporting, and process standardization.
• Coordinate technology migrations including user access, infrastructure, security, collaboration tools, and business applications.
• Identify operational, financial, technology, customer, and organizational risks and mitigation strategies.
• Drive accountability through recurring integration meetings and status dashboards.
• Document lessons learned and improve integration playbooks and governance models.
