ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Manager of M&A integration to lead post-acquisition integration efforts across complex deals. You will shape integration strategy, drive value realization, and coordinate with business and functional leaders to ensure deal value is achieved.

You will manage multiple integrations, maintain KPIs, and develop playbooks to scale integration excellence. Strong communication skills and a proven track record in M&A integration are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years supporting M&A integration across complex deal types (MBA and consulting experience a plus).
• Strong strategic and business acumen able to drive execution plans that realize value.
• Proven track record of supporting complex integrations in global and product-led organizations.

Aufgaben

• Support post-acquisition integration ensuring value realization objectives are met including integration strategy development, planning, execution, and performance management.
• Plan integration strategies, value realization initiatives, operational priorities including issue-free day one partnering with business and functional stakeholders.
• Support execution management including establishment of the IMO and driving meeting cadence to provide program updates, make decisions and address issues.
• Support integration cost development and tracking.
• Support the M&A scorecard process including development and tracking of KPIs.
• Continually incorporate lessons learned and contribute to the continual improvement of the integration process including playbooks and tools.
