Lead post-acquisition integration with strategy, planning, execution, and performance tracking.
Set integration strategy aligned with the acquisition thesis and value drivers.
Collaborate with business and functional teams to develop value realization and integration plans.
Establish governance to drive integration programs and influence without direct authority.
Oversee integration cost development and keep pace with targets.
Monitor day-to-day delivery of strategic and financial objectives via the M&A scorecard.
Capture lessons learned and improve playbooks and tools.
