Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an M&A Integration Manager to drive post-acquisition integration for construction and roofing businesses in a remote, travel-heavy role.

You will partner with executive leadership across Finance, Operations, IT, HR and Procurement to develop integration plans, assess operations, and implement ERP/CRM solutions while traveling up to 50% and supporting a private equity-backed growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Construction, roofing, specialty contracting, building services, or related industry experience required.
• Experience supporting M&A, acquisitions, due diligence, post-acquisition integration, or business transformation initiatives strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of field-based construction operations.
• Experience working across multiple branches, business units, or operating companies.
• Background in Operations, Finance, Accounting, Business Analysis, or Transformation roles.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, reporting systems, and process implementation initiatives.
• Ability to assess businesses and develop practical integration recommendations.
• Proven ability to work with executive leadership as well as field operations teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50%.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Support acquisition due diligence activities, including operational and financial assessments.
• Evaluate business operations, systems, processes, financial reporting, and workflows.
• Develop and execute integration plans following completed acquisitions; partner with acquired-company leadership to assess operations and prioritize integration initiatives.
• Coordinate integration activities across Accounting, Finance, Operations, Procurement, IT, and HR.
• Assist with ERP, CRM, reporting, and enterprise system implementations.
• Identify operational, financial, and systems-related integration risks.
• Establish integration milestones and monitor progress against timelines.
• Provide executive leadership with regular updates on integration performance and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the development of scalable acquisition and integration best practices.
