Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of capital raises, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Manage transaction timelines, data rooms, stakeholder coordination.
• Build and maintain complex financial models and valuation analyses.
• Drive buy-side and sell-side due diligence.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis.
