Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to lead merger and acquisition integration efforts and transformation initiatives. The role partners with executives, acquired entities, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery within budget and aligned with strategic goals.

You will develop frameworks, manage risks, track milestones, and drive organizational alignment across diverse teams while supporting IOA’s values and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required.
• MBA is preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects ensuring alignment of processes, systems, teams, and objectives.
• Manage internal resources, vendors, and stakeholders for appropriate support.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure milestones.
• Manage project changes, scope adjustments, and implementation activities.
• Identify project risks and mitigate them proactively.
• Develop communication plans and provide regular updates to leadership.
