Job summary

Favia is building a deal team and seeks a Business Operations & Integration Lead to manage the full integration lifecycle—from due diligence to post-close execution—in a fast-growing fintech environment. You will drive multiple workstreams across product, engineering, Finance and G&A, translate deal theses into actionable plans, and maintain synergy tracking to realize value.

Hands-on IT/systems and HR/people integration experience, plus strong cross‑functional leadership, are essential for 6–18

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on M&A integration experience in a fast-growth environment.
• Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management skills required.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams across product, engineering, finance, and G&A.

Responsibilities

• Execute integration programs across acquisitions per year using the playbook.
• Lead the full integration lifecycle—from diligence through 12–24 months post-close.
• Drive workstreams across product, engineering, G&A, and value creation tracks.
• Translate deal thesis into operational plans aligned to synergy targets and milestones.
• Maintain synergy tracking systems and hold teams accountable to timelines.
• Identify and own extraction of emerging synergy opportunities post-close.
• Partner with Corp Dev, Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Legal.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of integration frameworks, templates, and operating rhythm.
