Job summary

Procore Technologies seeks a Senior Finance Analyst - M&A Integration to drive post‑close value realization, folding acquired companies into Procore’s ecosystem and translating deal theses into measurable results.

You will partner with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Operations to lead end‑to‑end post‑acquisition workstreams from Day 1 readiness through full synergy realization, reporting to the VP - Finance Transformation & Technology. Austin or remote, immediate start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years related experience with Bachelor's, or 3+ with Master’s, in M&A integration, corporate development, or finance transformation.
• Hands-on proficiency with ERP platforms and advanced Excel/SQL for reconciling data.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize financial data into insights.
• Proven project management discipline to handle multiple workstreams.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end post-acquisition Finance integration workstreams from Day 1 readiness through full synergy realization.
• Define and execute Finance integration roadmaps aligning deal theses with day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Operations to align timelines and deliverables.
• Analyze target data to identify integration priorities and monitor synergy realization.
• Build dashboards and reports to surface risks for executive review.
• Facilitate cross-functional sessions to maintain momentum and accountability.
• Document processes and learnings to evolve the M&A playbook for future deals.
