Job summary

Procore is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst - M&A Integration to lead post-close value realization within the Finance Transformation Team. You will drive cross-functional execution, track synergies, and ensure strategic and financial objectives are realized.

The role reports to the VP - Finance Transformation & Technology and can be based in Austin, TX or remote. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• Hands-on proficiency with ERP platforms and advanced Excel/SQL for reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end post-acquisition Finance integration workstreams from Day 1 readiness through full synergy realization.
• Define and execute Finance integration roadmaps aligning deal theses with operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Finance, HR, IT, Legal and Operations to manage timelines and deliverables.
• Analyze target company data to identify integration priorities and monitor synergy realization.
• Build integration trackers, dashboards and status reports for executive review.
