Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Integration Experience (IX) Lead to drive adoption of integration activities across M&A programs. You will own employee communications, onboarding, training, and cultural integration, coordinating with cross-functional partners and leadership to minimize disruption and accelerate time to productivity for acquired teams.

The role covers global integrations, requires ~30% travel, and focuses on creating scalable, pragmatic enablement plans aligned to deal goals

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years in developing, negotiating and executing business integration
6+ years of complex cross-functional change management experience
Experience delivering results for large cross-functional initiatives/projects
Excellent written and verbal communication with leadership and stakeholders

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end employee communication strategy across the integration lifecycle.
Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans for key milestones.
Plan and execute Day 1 Orientation events and onboarding programs.
Identify gaps and design cultural integration approaches aligned to Leadership Principles.
Engage with senior leaders to drive adoption of integration activities.
