Job summary

Amazon looks for an experienced IX Lead to drive integration communications, onboarding, and engagement during mergers and acquisitions. You will plan, create, and execute enablement programs from due diligence to 90 days post-close, partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders.

Travel ~30% globally, with a focus on minimizing disruption and accelerating productivity for acquired employees while fostering an inclusive culture across geographies and deal sizes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years building, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 6+ years of cross-functional change management experience.
• Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience communicating clearly with leadership and stakeholders.
• Ability to balance priorities and manage ambiguity.
• 6+ years of M&A integration experience in Corporate Development or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration communications and onboarding across lifecycle.
• Develop and execute internal communications, onboarding plans, and training.
• Lead cultural integration and employee engagement initiatives.
• Engage senior leaders and cross-functional partners to align on deal goals.
• Measure employee engagement and iterate on integration programs.
