Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in project management, business and/or M&A integration.
• Hybrid role based in Phoenix, AZ with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, program management and execution of integration strategies for acquisitions.
• Partner with senior leadership and work stream leads to align integration with operating model.
• Evaluate target acquisitions and develop post-close integration plans.
• Communicate risks and issues to senior leadership and drive resolution.
• Build and motivate an integration team to meet milestones.
• Oversee integration governance and progress reporting to stakeholders.
• Stay current on deal and integration best practices.
