Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Corporate Development Operations & M&A Integration Lead to own diligence support and integration execution, build the systems and processes that make the team run, and maintain visibility across our Snowflake Ventures portfolio. The scope includes M&A diligence, integration, and portfolio oversight, with a hybrid 3x/week in-office schedule in Menlo Park, CA.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in corporate development, hands-on M&A integration, or management consulting with a technology focus.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end M&A integrations across multiple transaction types.
• Strong program management and cross-functional leadership.
• Clear, concise communication with executives and founders.
• Background in software, cloud, data, AI or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience coordinating GTM and sales operations on enterprise go-to-market integration.
• Experience managing or monitoring a portfolio of strategic investments.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A diligence and integration planning and execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional diligence workstreams and synthesize findings into recommendations for deal leads.
• Own integration planning and execution for acquisitions from late-stage diligence through steady state.
• Partner with GTM Operations on commercial integration workstreams.
• Track integration KPIs and report progress to leadership.
• Develop and maintain integration playbooks and templates for future transactions.
