Job summary

Titan Trades Alliance is seeking an experienced integration leader to run post‑LOI workstreams for tuck‑ins in the home services space. You will coordinate across GM, finance, HR, IT, marketing and design repeatable playbooks to close deals efficiently while preserving seller relationships.

The role is highly hands-on in the first year, building a scalable integration system that can operate without heavy day-to-day oversight eventually.

Qualifications

• 5+ years combined in M&A integration, PMO, operations leadership, or consulting.
• At least two integrations run end to end personally.
• Direct experience in home services or multi-site technician-driven business.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-LOI-to-Day-100 workstream for tuck-ins; coordinate GM, finance, HR, IT, marketing.
• Build and maintain the integration plan with Day 1 readiness and 30/60/100-day milestones.
• Serve as the primary contact for seller leadership through close and transition.
• Design offers, onboarding, and communication for acquired technicians, installers, and CSRs.
• Lead migration onto the platform stack (field service, ERP, payroll/HRIS, CRM) and ensure smooth data transfer.
• Build the playbook with checklists, templates, and dashboards; train future managers.
