Job summary

Stord is seeking an Accounting Manager, M&A Integration & Special Projects to lead the end-to-end financial integration of acquisitions into Stord’s accounting systems. The role focuses on Day 1 readiness, harmonizing chart of accounts, and ensuring a smooth transition into Stord's consolidation and close processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• CPA license preferred but not required; equivalent demonstrated experience in technical accounting will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A integration and close process management.
• Identify and remediate gaps in acquired entities' accounting and GAAP compliance.
• Drive Day 1 readiness and ensure integration into Stord's systems and close processes.
• Manage TSAs and track services and remittance in integration milestones.
• Support process improvement initiatives and internal controls documentation.
