Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in accounting or consulting focused on M&A.
• Experience supporting financial due diligence and integrations.
• Strong ERP experience with post-acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

• Support centralization and execution of all M&A-related accounting activities.
• Assist pre-close accounting and tax due diligence for target acquisitions.
• Prepare Day One integration readiness documentation, including leveling and compensation reviews.
• Travel on Day One post-acquisition to present acquired entities to accounting teams.
• Prepare closing balance sheets and review acquired entities' statements.
• Draft final closing statements and schedules.
• Support opening balance sheet crosswalk process.
• Assist integration of acquired accounting processes into Anduril’s ERP ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Corporate Development, Legal, Tax, and other units.
