The role partners with business development from early-stage deals through post‑merger integration, ensuring workforce risk mitigation, retention, and total rewards alignment across multiple locations and time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, labor relations, or related field.
• 10+ years of HR experience with a focus on business partnership.
• Proven experience supporting M&A activities and integration.
• Experience in energy, petroleum, manufacturing, or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Covers the entire deal lifecycle, including HR due diligence and integration strategy.
• Leads HR M&A activities, sets priorities, and ensures timely deliverables.
• Maintain confidentiality of all M&A data and discussions.
• Serve as liaison between deal team, HR partners, and COEs on TSAs.
