You will coordinate with Business Development, COEs, and legal teams to protect deal value and harmonize cultures.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 10+ years of HR experience, with a preference for M&A exposure in energy sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Labor & Industrial Relations, or related field required.
• 10+ years of HR experience required; HRBP experience preferred.
• Prior experience supporting M&A activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cover the entire deal lifecycle: HR due diligence, integration strategy, organizational design, cultural harmonization, and cross‑functional HR alignment.
• Lead HR merger & acquisition activities, set priorities, oversee execution, ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding all M&A activities and data throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Be the single point of contact between deal team, HR BP and COEs; collaborate on TSAs with Total Rewards, HR Data, Labor Relations, Legal.
• Develop governance, processes, frameworks, and playbooks for repeatable M&A execution.
• Implement HR strategies related to M&A activity aligned with business needs and change management.
