Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, labor relations, or related field.
• 10+ years HR experience; HRBP experience preferred.
• Experience supporting M&A preferred.
• Experience in energy sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR due diligence and integration strategy across the deal lifecycle.
• Coordinate with COEs and total rewards to align retention plans.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive deal data.
• Act as single point of contact between deal team, HR partners, and COEs.
• Develop governance and playbooks for M&A activity.
• Support change management and cultural harmonization.
